You have to be 18 years or older to book.

An appointment fee is required to secure your booking. All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

I kindly ask that a minimum of 72 hours notice is given to reschedule your appointment. If less than required notice time is given this will result in 50% charge of the total treatment cost.

If you are more than 15mins late than your scheduled time, this will result in loss of appointment booking fee and will be classed as a NO-SHOW. Incase of a no-show a 100% of a treatment cost will be charged. Any outstanding debt will need to be paid in order to make any future bookings and a new booking fee to be paid.
